Wrapping Solutions Overview
JKM Foods have a number of wrapping solutions available to cheese makers. From the highly adaptable Ovtene wrap based on the humble egg, made from calcium carbonate it is gas permeable and water resistant allowing the cheese to breath yet retain moisture. New to our offering for 2024 has been foil wrapping sheets, currently available in gold we shall be bringing a silver variant online early 2025.
