Available Styles:

The classic blending of 20% Animal Pepsin & 80% Chymosin. Coming together bringing with it the bold flavour profiles, which only this classic style style of rennet can offer.

Our one hundred percent Chymosin, is not only GM Free it offers all the yield benefits of the classic animal formats. Chymosin is suitable for use in production of products suitable for vegetarians.

Based on a pure strain of Rhizomuor Miehei, this new generation of microbial rennet’s. Have been found to have a marked improvement on previous generations. Microbial formats also benifit in offering a vegetarian option for dairy production.

Animal Lipase, the traditional answer to adding flavour in long maturation cheese’s with out the need to  change rennet’s.
